Restore 2B4 was founded in 2019 by husband and wife, Jason and Carisa Milliard. With family ties to both Canada and the central Aroostook area, we moved from Connecticut to The County in 2018 to raise our children in a place where nature abounds and community still counts.
Jason Milliard, Owner
With over 20 years of experience in remediation, Jason has seen it all. From flooding to massive sewage damage, fire & smoke spanning an entire neighborhood, natural disasters, extreme hoarding, and even some untimely deaths, Jason knows firsthand the damage that can result. He’s walked thousands of customers through the remediation process by helping them understand the damage that has occurred and how he can clean and restore their property & belongings. In addition, Jason has extensive experience helping customers navigate the insurance claims process. From the moment your loss occurs, Jason is here to help!
Carisa Milliard, Office Manager
Carisa works behind the scenes to field phone calls and provide administrative support. With a background in social work and nonprofit organizations, Carisa understands how all aspects of life are impacted when your property has been damaged. She ensures the company runs smoothly and efficiently while Jason works in the field to ready your home for the rebuild process.
When a loss requires a larger team we partner with local contractors to complete all phases of the remediation process.
